Simply call for an RMA#, return the product back to the specified distribution center in the same original packaging the product arrived in, and we will provide credit for the return. There may be a minimal packaging fee and product must be inspected before credit is processed. As long as there are no scratches or damage, a full credit will be processed. Warranty – Rackmount Monitors, KVM Switches, Keyboard Drawers, Rackmount LCD Panels carry a 2 year warranty unless otherwise indicated. The warranty covers repair/replacement of any defect. All LCD Products, including Rack mount Monitors, LCD Monitor Drawers, and Rack mount LCD Panels, along with USB KVM, IP KVM Switches and Rack mount Keyboard Drawer products come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturer defect or failure from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers repair of the product.
If product arrives damaged (domestic shipping) or is defective upon arrival, product will be replaced and the freight will be paid both ways. We must receive notification within 10 business days from date of shipping. If product is defective after the 30 day period, product can be returned with an RMA# for repair. Warranty does not cover damage by accident, misuse, neglect, or improper use or transportation of product.
In addition to the standard warranty, rackmount monitors, KVM switches, LCD monitor drawers, LCD Panels, and keyboard drawers are covered under the exclusive Crystal Care Service Plan. If, during the first 6 months from purchase date, the product is defective, we will cover the freight cost for repairs both directions with no out of pocket cost for shipping. (applies to domestic orders)
