What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (VISA, American Express, Master Card,) Purchase Orders with Net 30 Terms, Paypal, and Wire Transfer for international orders. Net 30 Terms are available for qualified businesses with Company Purchase Order


How do I track my order?

We will send an invoice confirmation to your email when your order ships. The Tracking information is included on the Invoice. Most orders ship via UPS – we can also ship using 3rd party shipping accounts for UPS or Fedex


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy on standard product orders Refund is available after product inspection – if there is any damage due to freight, mis-handling, or modified packaging, repair fees will be deducted from refund. There is also a repackaging fee for product returns. An RMA number is required to properly accept returns. Contact us to request an RMA number prior to returning product. Custom products are non-returnable


How do I use a promo/discount code?

You can enter a discount code/coupon at final check out when applicable


What is your shipping policy?

We offer free ground shipping on rackmount monitors, rackmount LCD panels, and Rackmount LCD Drawers. Expedited shipping is also available. Free shipping applies to the lower 48 states, it does not apply to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska (Contact us for a shipping quote) Products in stock typically ship in 1-2 days after order received Shipping Options –

  • UPS Ground (Prioritized Ground Shipping)
  • UPS 3 Day -Prepay & Add to order, or ship on customers UPS or Fedex Account
  • UPS 2nd Day -Prepay & Add, or ship on Customer UPS or Fedex Account
  • UPS Overnight – Prepay & Add, or ship on Custom UPS or Fedex Account
  • Free Ground Shipping on applicable products

Do you ship internationally?

We ship products worldwide – We will ship direct from the factory to your site to save on shipping cost and lead time. Contact us for a freight quote

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, feel free to call or email to change or cancel your order prior to shipping. Keep in mind, custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

What is your product warranty policy?

Most products carry a 2 year warranty with the option to extend up to 5 years. See Warranty
