RackMountSales – Racks that are not designed for housing traditional servers, such as, AV and Broadcast equipment, often times require a shorter mounting depth. In some cases the rack depth can range from 16” to 20” depth. In addition, rack mount mobile cases may also require a short depth mounting bracket.
The standard RM-111-17 provides an optional mounting bracket that can mount to a minimum depth of 16 ¼” with the physical chassis depth being 18.1”. The new KVM Drawer design is much lighter with a Net Weight of 26 lbs, so the monitors are a perfect fit for managing maximum payload requirements for mobile case applications. It is always best to clarify how the 1U rack mount monitors will be mounted before making your purchase to ensure everything will mount properly.
