Orders received before 10 AM EST will be processed on the same business day, and will typically ship within 1 to 2 business days (depending on product availability).
Orders received after 3 PM EST will be processed the same business day or the following business day, and will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days (depending on product availability).
Some products may have longer lead time for shipping. You may log in any time to check status of your order.
When you place your order you will be e-mailed an Order Acknowledgement. The Order Acknowledgement will have a link that will allow you to view the details of your order and print an invoice.

Sales Tax information
RackMountSales.com is based in Arvada, Colorado. Colorado residents are liable for the sales tax of the county in which they reside. The minimum tax rate charged in Colorado is currently 4.1%.
Due to software limitations, and in order to abide by law, there may be a need for Sales Tax rate and amount to be adjusted after your order has been placed. If this is the case, the final Sales Tax rate and amount on your order will reflect the correct Sales Tax rate that applies to the county of the shipping address.
